Doug and Kim (our college friends, for those few readers not in our undergraduate club), send their kid to daycare out near San Jose. The kindertenders are sweet, loving, and apparently speak Spanish to the kids. This is great for the kids, but was a bit confusing for mom and dad when Lilly spoke her first word ever: Agua.
Victory!
Every night, we read Goodnight New York City to Katie. Last night, she identified the statue of Prometheus at Rockefeller Center as "Dada."
